Kellie Mills has developed a reputation as the ‘Team Whisperer’ due to her continued success in transforming Storming (dysfunctional) teams. Her ability to identify and address team issues in a real, but not confrontational way has assisted many organisations to solve ongoing team issues.

Gary Eaton also works with teams - having two skilled coaches and trainers offers our clients a variety of approaches in dealing with team / training / coaching issues. Gary's particular interests lay in Strategic Planning and Goal Setting.

  • Executive Team Building – A 2 day intensive program suitable for Boards, Committees, Executive and Management teams.
    • Strategic Planning, Understanding each other’s working styles, Creates a communication platform and brings teams together
 
  • Forming Teams- Ideal for newly created teams or teams that have experienced high turnover or restructure.
    • Setting team values, Belbin Team Role Theory – understanding individual working styles.
 
  • Storming Teams – Custom designed sessions to meet the needs of the team. Tools provided to assist the team in solving issues and in order to move from Storming to Norming. Storming teams are often referred to as Dysfunctional teams.  Dysfunction blocks production, creativity, increases illness and stress...plus takes up an inordinate amount of time for the managers / leaders of the team.
 
  • Norming teams – Taking stable teams to the next level. Embedding good practices and behaviours.
 
  • Performing Teams – Ideal for celebrating successes, goal setting and strategic planning
