generally does not happen by accident. Our experience is that an organisation going through change needs to update their culture as one means of dealing with the overall change.
When you think of culture change, you need to consider organisational communication, safety issues, staff retention, goals, and organisational vision.
The means of embedding culture is primarily the use of training at all levels to skill each level on how reflect the new culture the organisation requires.

We do not subscribe to the ‘one size fits all’ in designing and delivering our courses. From the client brief, including issues faced and desired outcomes, the sessions are designed for maximum results…making a difference!

Practical Training

Mills-Eaton is a Staff Training, Coaching and Consulting organisation based in Newcastle (Hunter Region), New South Wales, Australia.
Kellie Mills - Managing Partner and Gary Eaton - Partner, are both trainers and consultants. Both are also in demand as an entertaining and motivational conference speakers.

We have been in business for over 23 years and have worked in over 107 towns and cities in Australia as well as the USA and Canada.. Mills-Eaton has gained a reputation for our innovative and effective approach to developing training solutions to issues experienced by our client organisations. Our training sessions are focused on creating long lasting change in the workplace: changes in attitude, better communication between staff and management and improved productivity – all of which impacts positively on the bottom line.
 
Our staff training focus is on 'soft or people skills', that is, non-technical training.
