Our preference is to conduct training face-to-face, however life and work seem a little uncertain in relation to Covid-19 (lock-downs, etc), over the last 18 months we have designed and presented an increasing number of on-line workshops.
 
A number of our clients have asked Kellie to develop some new mini zoom sessions to help their Senior and Frontline Managers deal with unmotivated, frustrated, overwhelmed and over-worked staff – especially challenging when many of those managers are feeling the same way!

As we both know, the energy levels, mental health, and motivation for staff and mangers alike, is becoming an issue for many organisations.

As a result Kellie has designed and been running sessions on:

1. Staff retention in challenging times
 > Improving motivation and engagement
 > Connecting through shared purpose
 > Understanding the 3 root causes of job misery (Patrick Lencioni theory) and what leaders can do to overcome them  

2. Dealing with overwhelm
 > Prioritising workload
 > Setting boundaries
 > Ensuring a wellbeing focus for self and team  

3. ‘Delicate’ performance conversations – when everyone is already a bit stretched
 > Using the power of ‘curious’ questions
 > Confirming realistic expectations
 > Using empathy, consistency and clarity  

4. How to Run Meetings with a Purpose

5. Creating and Maintaining High Performance Teams.


Kellie is doing these as either short burst 1hr lunch ’n’ learn style sessions, or 2 hour workshops – depending on the group’s needs and availability.

LEADERSHIP
Additionally we have repurposed a six (full) day Leadership program into 14 x 2 hour workshops combined with 2 or 3 x 1 hour one-on-one coaching sessions.

Other topics can be done in 2 or 3 hour sessions depending on the goal of the session(s). The topics might include:
 > Maintaining Motivation, Resilience and Self-Care
 > Leading and Motivating Staff Working Remotely
 > Courageous Conversations
 > Leading through Challenging Times

 > Time Management, Planning and Prioritising
