Our Leadership Programs have been extremely well received by our clients.  The programs are designed to address varying levels of experience, seniority and organisational development issues.

As with all our programs, we tailor the content and delivery according to what the client wants to achieve in terms of outcomes and what level of personnel are going to be the participant.

Our process is to gain an in-depth brief from a nominated person or group within the client's organisation. The better the brief (all of which is confidential), the better the outcome.

Authentic Leadership program

6 day program tailored to suit groups of new and experienced leaders, supervisors, High Potentials, and senior management. This program may Include Strengths report, Belbin Team Role report and one-on-one coaching depending on your requirements. Over 600 participants have completed this program in the last five years.
In 2010, Kellie designed an Authentic Leadership Program which has now been delivered to over 600 participants. The program is:
  • organisation specific,
  • supported with an extensive participant manual and
  • presented over 6 - 7 days spread over several months.
  • Our programs are workshop-style, discussion based, with support material usually provided in workbooks, and
  • we do not use PowerPoint.

Leading from Within (Accidental Leadership)

Suited for senior staff who have some responsibility over other staff, but no official management role. This program runs over three days spread over several month. Contact us for a detailed conversation about the content and timing.

Executive Presence & Transformational Leadership

This program is ideal for management / exec  teams who are leading change. Executive Presence is a challenging program for senior management where they will be required to reflect on how they ‘show up’ as leaders. This program is ideal for board members and senior management. The length of the program depends on the requirements of the client and our expertise in program design and delivery.
