- Creative Problem Solving (CPS) – Osborne Parnes 6 Step CPS process
- Objective Finding - What is the goal, wish, or challenge upon which you want to work?
- Fact Finding - What's the situation? What are all the facts, questions, data & feelings involved?
- Problem Finding - What is the problem that really needs to be focused on?
- Idea Finding - What are all the possible solutions for how to solve the problem?
- Solution Finding - How can you select the solutions to know which one will work best?
- Acceptance Finding - What are all the action steps that need to take place in order to implement your solution?

- PRACTICAL WORKSHOP – Using the CPS Model and tools, groups will select every day issues they are dealing with and find solutions. Solutions will then be tested by one of the other groups and relevant actions will be recommended.
NB. Each of these courses can be done internally if you have a group of 10 or more.
