I had a team meeting last Friday and wanted to pass on some feedback.
The team loved your engaging presence and how the day seemed effortless. They said it went so quick and they wanted more. They also have begun putting things in place.
The foundation from the course gave me the prime opportunity to reiterate the importance of documenting discussions as there were some in the group who seemed to believe this as a chore rather than a necessity, but they now understand the importance of the ability to refer to the facts. We had a really robust discussion in our meeting last Friday about the course and learnings from it as well as a scenario style performance discussion – I noticed the difference in approaches and we discussed the “I understand, However, Therefore” approach and how this helps.
One of my staff is currently preparing for a fairly serious discussion with two of her team members and it has been playing on her for some time in the lead up and preparation. She said that she took on board your advice of leaving an issue in another room and closing the door. She related that she slept through the night two nights in a row to the point where her husband slept through his work alarm because both of them slept so well.
Thank you so much for your efforts, I know you get paid for what you do, but thought you would appreciate some non-financial reward as well. On behalf of my team, thanks a million! Caroline Townsend PCBS, MBAD

You were fun, easy to learn from, and you have such great knowledge. I went for training 3 weeks ago for something similar and I have learnt so much more today and I thank you for that.

- I really appreciated Kellie's insight and personal style. She held the space very comfortably.
- The materials are very comprehensive and will be a useful ongoing resource.
- Good to attend a training course that is not by the textbook and is interactive without a presentation.
