One Day ProgramKellie Mills originally ‘fell’ into coaching in 2004 when a client asked her to work one-on-one with several of the company’s supervisors. Back then Kellie used a combination of teaching and mentoring as she assisted the supervisors with their personal and professional growth.
Over the last 15 years, Kellie has developed her own method of Reflective Coaching based on skills gleaned from a Diploma of Positive Psychology, CAPP Strengths Profile accreditation and years of experience working with thousands of staff, managers and executives from a diverse range of industries, government and non-government sectors. Effective coaching can help to build a more productive and respectful culture. Kellie has designed this one-day program to assist leaders (and aspiring leaders) to build their coaching skills to meet the demands of the ever-changing work environment. Ideal for: Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers, Emerging Leaders or Staff looking to enhance their interpersonal and coaching skills.
