Kellie MillsKellie started working with Team Building & Team Development in 2003 and since that time, has developed a reputation as the ‘Team Whisperer’. Over the years, she has been called in to work with teams who had slid into the Storming stage and didn’t know how to move through it.
Kellie is told that her key points of difference as a teacher/facilitator are her practical, no-nonsense approach and engagement level with the participants in the room. She believes this is partly because she does not use PowerPoint in her workshops. Instead, Kellie creates a safe and yet challenging environment where participants lean into behaviour changes through a combination of discussion, real-life work scenarios, and workbook-based activities.
